Natural IVF : It is also known as No or minimum stimulation IVF. It is carried out without or low amounts of the follicle stimulating. The target of this procedure is to collect the one egg that the body has naturally selected, fertilise it into an embryo and transfer back into a drug-free womb.

It is ideal for women with low ovarian reserve/Low AMH/High FSH/poor responder to fertility drugs.

It is less expensive than Fertility Drug stimulated IVF cycle and can be repeated in consecutive cycles.

Segmented IVF : In this type of IVF, the egg collection and embryo transfer is done in two different cycles. The egg collection procedure can be harsh to the uterus because of the administration of hormone stimulating drugs and the egg retrieval process. As a result the womb may still be weak and unable to effectively implant the embryos. Segmented IVF enables you to recover between the two important cycle of treatment. The retrieved eggs are duly fertilized into the embryos and frozen in our Embryo Bank until the next cycle when your uterus has recovered from the previous procedure and ready for the Embryo Transfer.

Segmented IVF is the most popular and effective method in the world. It ensures better uterine environment thus increasing the probability of embryo implantation and also reduces the chances of Ovarian Hyper stimulating Syndrome(OHSS).

Intra-uterine-insemination

IUI : Intra- Uterine Insemination (IUI) is the least invasive form of infertility treatment. It is carried out by directly inserting specially washed sperm into a woman’s uterus during the most fertile point of her cycle. The fertile point is identified by the doctor by monitoring the hormonal blood tests and scan.

IUI can be performed during a woman’s natural cycle or ovulation can be triggered by using Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin (HCG) injection.

This is a low-cost assisted reproduction treatment, however, it cannot be performed on women with blocked fallopian tubes. It is important to understand that the success rate of IUI is lower than IVF. We will have an individualized assessment to determine whether this procedure is suitable for you or not.

Intra-cytoplasmic-sperm-injection(ICSI)

Intra-cytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI): ICSI is a highly advanced technique used in IVF treatment through which the sperm is directly injected into the egg in the laboratory. This technique drastically improves the chances of fertilization, thereby increasing the rate of success.

Laser Assisted Hatching: Assisted hatching is used to help the embryo hatch from its protective outer shell, the Zona Pellucida(ZP), and promote implantation in the uterine wall after embryo transfer. The failure of embryo hatching may be one of the various factors that limited human reproductive efficiency, specifically in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) fields. Assisted hatching of human embryos before their transfer in embryo transfer has been proposed to be beneficial, especially in cases of cultured embryos with a thick and/or dense Zona Pellucida. Recent researches have shown that women who have undergone repeated IVF treatments without results, double their chances of a pregnancy by use of assisted laser hatching.

Preimplantation-genetics-diagnosis

Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)/ Preimplantation Genetic Screening(PGS): PGD/PGS is a technique applied for testing the embryos for chromosomal normalcy in order to separate the abnormal embryos prior to embryo transfer. Performing pgd/pgs significantly reduces the chances of chromosomal deformity in the fetus during developmental phase in pregnancy.

Testicular-sperm-aspiration

Testicular Sperm aspiration(TESA)/ Percutaneous Epidydimal Sperm Aspiration(PESA)/ Testicular Sperm Extraction(TESE): These are the techniques of surgical sperm retrieval performed in the cases of male infertility due to poor sperm production or the male partner has undergone vasectomy that cannot be reversed.
